what will happen if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
do you offer gift wrapping?
  • no, we currently do not offer gift wrapping.

you have 30 days after receiving your package to initiate a return .

please make sure that all returned products are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags still attached & inside their original compostable bag.

we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

we ask you to wear underwear when trying on our products for hygienic reasons. panties with the hygienic sticker removed cannot be returned. 

once you complete your return request on our return portal you will receive a pre-paid (by scandale) return shipping label. we ask you to cover the cost of the return shipping, which will be then automatically deducted from the refund amount. please check here for the return shipping cost for your country.

refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3-7 working days after we have processed the return.

once your return is received, we will notify you if your return is accepted. this process can take up to 5 working days.

original shipping cost will not be refunded.

final sale items cannot be returned.
