Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently ship to the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia & Sweden.

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking information of your parcel.

Do you offer gift wrapping with my order?

We only offer our eco-packaging, a compostable bag.

 

In how many days my order will be shipped?

Orders are generally packed and shipped within 1-2 working days once your order is placed. You will receive an email with a trackking number once your order is shipped. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and Belgium public holidays).

 

Which shipping options & fees do you offer?

We only offer standard shipping to reduce our environmental impact.
The shipping fee is subject to the destination country.

What information do I need to receive my order?

We will share your telephone number and email address with our shipping partner who may contact you to arrange a delivery time. Please ensure the delivery address and name of the recipient is correct.
Note: no delivery service during weekends and public holidays in the destination country. The parcel will be delivered on the next working day.

 

Can I arrange my order to be delivered to multiple addresses?

No, your order cannot be delivered to multiple addresses

 

Do you deliver to BFPO / PO address?

We cannot deliver to BFPO or PO addresses.
We only accept residential addresses or your work address.

 

Can I modify my order?

We cannot amend your order after it is confirmed via email.
We can cancel the order if the status is "not yet dispatched".

Can I arrange my order to be delivered to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, your order can be delivered to an address different from your billing address. Please enter all the information at checkout.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days after receiving your package to initiate a return.

 

How do I return my order?

Complete the return request on our return portal & you will receive a pre-paid (by scandale) return shipping label :https://returns.scandale.com/
You would have to cover the cost of the return shipping, which will be then automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
We encourage you to reuse the original mailer for your return!

 

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return is received, we will notify you if your return is accepted.
The process can take up to 3 weeks.
Refund amount will be credited to your initial payment method within 3-7 working days after we have approved your return.

 

How can I receive my refund?

Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

 

Can I exchange my order?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges.
You would have to make a return, ask for a refund & then make a new order.

 

What items are eligible for return?

Please note the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Final sale items cannot be refunded.

All products that are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached & inside their original packaging can be returned within 30 days after you have received your package. Panties with the hygienic sticker removed cannot be returned.

Qualified return products with receipts (invoice) may be returned for a full purchase price refund after deducting other charges, such as shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

If you have multiple orders, you cannot combine them in 1 return parcel. You need to separate the returns per order.

We suggest re-using the original packaging for your returns.

Please note you will bear the return shipping fee.
The shipping fee will automatically deduct from the refund amount.
