You have 30 days after receiving your package to initiate a return.
Please make sure that all returned products are unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with all tags still attached inside our compostable bag.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
All our products are eligible for returns.
We ask that you wear underwear when trying on our products for hygiene reasons. Panties with the hygienic sticker removed cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Once you complete your return request on our returns portal you will receive a return shipping label. For refunds we ask you to cover the cost of the return shipping, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. Please check here for the return shipping cost for your country.
Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3-7 working days after we have processed the return.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You would have to make a return, ask for a refund & then make a new order.
Once your return is received, we will notify you if your return is accepted. This process can take up to 5 working days.
Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please re-use the original packaging for your returns!
